These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website www.xavii.nl and related services offered under the brand XAVII.

Article 1 – Definitions
Seller: Verto Partners S.L., operating under the brand name XAVII.
Consumer: A natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
Business Customer: A natural or legal person acting within their trade, business or profession.
Customer: Any Consumer or Business Customer purchasing products from the Seller.
Products: All goods offered via the Website.

Article 2 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded via the Website.
By placing an order through the Website, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Article 3 – Offers and Product Information
All offers are subject to availability.
The Seller aims to provide accurate product descriptions. Minor deviations in colour, size or appearance may occur and do not constitute grounds for compensation or cancellation.
Article 4 – Agreement
An agreement is concluded once the Customer completes the order and receives confirmation by email.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock errors.
Article 5 – Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on the Website include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed at the moment of ordering unless otherwise agreed.
The Seller reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes do not affect already confirmed orders.
Article 6 – Delivery
Orders are processed as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a strict deadline.
The Seller is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product without giving any reason.
After withdrawal notification, the Consumer has 14 additional days to return the product.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise stated.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• custom-made products
• personalised products
• hygiene-sensitive items when opened
Article 8 – Returns
Returns must be registered via customer support before sending the item back.
Returned products must be properly packaged to avoid transport damage.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse refunds if returned items show signs of use beyond normal inspection.
Article 9 – Warranty
The Seller guarantees that products comply with the agreement and applicable legal requirements.
Normal wear, improper use, accidental damage or incorrect maintenance are excluded from warranty coverage.
Warranty rights remain unaffected by these Terms and Conditions.

Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovery.

Article 13 – Force Majeure
The Seller is not liable for failure to fulfil obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including transport disruption, strikes, customs delays or technical failures.

Use without written permission is prohibited.
Article 15 – Amendments
The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Article 16 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Consumers residing within the European Union retain protection under mandatory consumer laws of their country of residence.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Spain unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer legislation.
